What to expect from your application journey with us...

We’re thrilled that you’re considering joining The Part-Time Finance People! Here’s a quick guide to what you can expect from our application process and what we require from our members.

1. Application Submission

Once you’ve found a role that interests you, submit your CV through our website or external jobs board. Your application will be reviewed by our Resourcing Team to ensure you have the right skills and experience.

2. Initial Screening

If your application meets our criteria, one of our Resourcing Team members will reach out for a telephone screening chat. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background and for you to understand if our team is the right fit for you.

3. Technical Interview (virtual)

Successful candidates from the telephone screening will be invited to a video interview with one of our experienced resourcing professionals. During this interview, we’ll ask some technical questions, including a Balance Sheet analysis for Financial Controllers, and discuss your values and fit with our team.

4. Meet & Greet (virtual)

Next, you’ll have a virtual meeting with your Regional Partner. This is to ensure you align well with the types of clients in your region and that we can provide you with suitable work. This is the final stage in our interview process.

5. Offer and Induction

If you’re successful, we’ll extend an offer and invite you to our next two-day online induction. This comprehensive training program, followed by ongoing “Accelerator” sessions, helps you integrate into the team and enhances your skills.
