💼 Target Clients: SME Owners (£1m–£10m turnover)
💰 OTE: £55k Year 1, rising to £80k–£100k+ (uncapped)
📈 Compensation: £55k base + monthly & quarterly recurring commission

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating new business across the Guildford and surrounding areas in Surrey:

  • Identify and engage SME owners in need of financial leadership

  • Build relationships with business owners and local referral networks

  • Manage the full consultative sales cycle—from initial outreach to signed contract - Account management

  • Present our services with confidence and clarity

  • Work with our delivery team to ensure long-term client success

  • Build a recurring income stream from a loyal client base

Who We're Looking For

This role suits a commercial sales professional who is:

  • Experienced in B2B consultative sales, ideally within services or SME markets

  • Confident in engaging senior business owners in strategic conversations

  • Driven, self-motivated, and focused on long-term growth

  • Comfortable discussing financial concepts (no finance background required)

  • Collaborative, yet able to operate independently

Your Clients

You’ll work with ambitious, owner-managed businesses turning over £1.5m–£10m. These clients typically invest £2,500–£5,000/month in our services to gain:
