💰 OTE: £55k in Year 1, rising to £80k–£100k+ (uncapped)

What you’ll be doing

As a Business Development Partner, you'll be the face of YRH in your region:

  • Identify and engage with SME business owners who need stronger financial control

  • Build trusted relationships with new clients and introducers in your network

  • Manage the full sales journey—from first contact to client sign-up

  • Introduce our high-impact, high-retention finance services

  • Collaborate with our central team to accelerate your growth

  • Build a client portfolio that delivers monthly recurring income—for the long term

What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

  • A proven B2B sales professional with experience selling to SME decision-makers

  • Comfortable having strategic, commercial conversations with business owners

  • A self-starter who’s proactive, persistent, and motivated by results

  • Someone who understands or is confident discussing business finance (no need to be an accountant)

  • Independent but collaborative—keen to be part of a high-performing team

Who you’ll be helping

Our clients typically invest £2,500–£5,000 per month in their fractional finance team, gaining access to strategic insight, commercial clarity, and performance-driving support—at a fraction of the cost of hiring in-house or a full time equivalent.
