💰 OTE: £55k in Year 1, rising to £80k–£100k+ (uncapped)
🧭 Support: Full training & onboarding from day one
📈 Earnings: £55,000 base + monthly & quarterly recurring commissions

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Business Development Partner in Surrey, you’ll lead growth efforts in your area:

  • Identify and approach SME business owners who need better financial control

  • Build relationships with business owners and professional introducers in the region

  • Guide prospects through the full sales journey—from first conversation to onboarding

  • Present our high-impact, high-retention finance services with confidence

  • Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure client success

  • Grow your client base—and enjoy recurring income as they stay

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • An experienced B2B sales professional, ideally with SME or service-based experience

  • Comfortable having strategic, value-driven conversations with business owners

  • A proactive self-starter, focused on long-term success and relationship building

  • Confident talking about finance, even if not from a finance background

  • Independent, but thrives as part of a high-performing national team

About the Clients You’ll Serve

Our typical clients are owner-managed businesses turning over between £1m and £10m. They invest between £2,500–£5,000/month in our fractional finance team services to gain:
