Business Development Partner – Hybrid (Central and North London Region)

Location: Hybrid – work from home and in-region (Central and North London)
Status: Employed
Target Market: SMEs with £1m–£10m turnover
OTE: £50k Year 1 rising to £80k to £100k
Onboarding Support: Full training
Earning Potential: Basic plus recurring monthly and quarterly commission – uncapped

We’re now expanding in the London area and looking for a motivated sales professional to develop new client relationships and grow a portfolio that pays recurring commission every single month.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and engaging with SME business owners, leveraging your own initiative and a robust network of established introducers.
Introduce our clear, high-performing finance solutions designed to enhance clients’ performance
Manage the full sales journey—from initial conversations to client sign-up
Build lasting relationships and support client retention
Collaborate with a regional team to drive growth and refine strategy
Ideal Partner Qualities
Proven B2B sales background—especially with SME decision-makers
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Self-starter mindset with persistence and resilience
Commercial awareness (understanding of P&L account and balance sheet is a plus, but you don’t need to be an accountant)
Comfortable working independently while staying connected with a wider support team
Clients You’ll Serve
Our clients typically pay £2,500–£5,000 per month for a fractional finance team that delivers control, insight, and commercial strategy—replacing (and outperforming) internal finance hires.
